Glimrandi is a cultural production company with emphasis on documentary and fictional film making for television and cinema. Glimrandi additionally offers courses in content creation on smart phones and consultancy in public relations.

Gisli Thor Gudmundsson has a degree in Grapic Design. He became a music manager in 2006 and has on his roster the following artists: VÖK, Lay Low, Mugison and Hatari. Gisli has been an aggregator for digital music distribution since 2006. Anna Hildur Hildibrandsdóttir is a director producer of documentary films and TV programmes. She had worked in the music industry for 20 years first as a manager and later as the MD of Iceland Music Export and Nordic Music Export. In 2017 she changed her career and co-founded Tattarrattat where she directed and produced the award winning full length documentary, A Song Called Hate. Anna Hildur is a co-founder of Tattarrattat.

Tumi Bjartur Valdimarsson er menntaður framleiðandi og leikstjóri. Hann hefur verið sjálfstætt starfandi klippari og tökumaður í rúm 5 ár. Hann hefur unnið fyrir sprotafyrirtæki, tónlistar- og kvikmyndahátíðir og stærri fyrirtæki eins og Stöð 2. Tumi sinnir hinu og þessu sem varðar framleiðslu og klippingu fyrir Glimrandi.
